Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium, 525 N Center Street. The Water Education Foundation and the Delta Conservancy on Oct. 25 will co-sponsor a special free briefing – Drought and the Delta– to explore how the severe drought has impacted the Sacramento- San Joaquin Delta.
Speakers will address a variety of topics related to drought, including the Delta smelt, water quality and Delta farming.
